Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward is expanding with a new flagship branch
-
KFH office, Crystal Palace
-
Crystal Palace Park
in Crystal Palace, adding to the company’s tally of 50 branches across the
capital and reinforcing it as one of London’s largest independent estate
agents.
The branch is located on ‘The Triangle’ in the centre of Crystal Palace and
will provide both sales and lettings. With the opening of the newly extended
East London Line expected later this year this will connect up-and-coming
Crystal Palace to The Docklands, Shoreditch and Dalston making it a much more
accessible and desirable part of London.
Lee Watts, Managing Director at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward,
comments: “The opening of this new branch strengthens our position within South
East London and adds to our prominence across the Capital. Crystal Palace
continues to attract great investment and is undergoing extensive
gentrification. The improved transport link is set to really place it on the
map and we’re delighted to be opening a branch here at this time.”
For all sales enquiries please contact Steven Hayler, Sales Manager on
020 8766 5920. For lettings enquiries please contact Toby Gooding, Lettings
Manager on 020 8766 5930.
Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward’s Crystal palace branch opened for
business on Monday 19th April.

I agree! It has prime location on Westow Hill and takes up the space of two shops, given how many estate agents there are already in CP it's a bit of a waste...while they are taking over premises, someone should get rid of that pointless arcade on the same street.
