An Oasis of Calm
I regularly attend the Monday night Dynamic Yoga stretch classes with Marcina and she s really inspiring me to keep going with it. I am not so stiff as I was and can move more freely and easily. Plus always have a better sleep on Mondays ! Thanks Marcina ! I am also looking forward to trying out the Kundalini Yoga with Lila on Thursday evenings as I ve heard some good stuff about her previous classes. This Yoga space is modern and light and is a true oasis of calm. A real boon to the Triangle !
