Fernando's Bootcamps

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to tell you all about Fernando's fitness bootcamps in the Crystal Palace Park. I've done several over the years and I love them. I promised Fernando to spread the word, he's the chap who runs them, he's fabulous, he makes us work hard, but he's so funny with it that it makes it fun. He makes us run and do cardio work in the grass in the fresh air, it feels great, he brings skips and he does this really fun circuits things as well.
