Any one know of an empty property in the Crystal Palace area that My Aerial Home the Trapeze school can move to. The building needs to have an internal ceiling height of 7 - 8 metres! I know a tall order in every sense of the word.

Hi MyAerialHome - There is an empty property on Westow Hill, next to the opticians, that also has a second level (this may or may not be high enough, you would have to check.) The premises has been empty for a while, (over 2 years) which is very unusual for the Triangle, so it might be worth doing some investigating.

Hi, I think I know the property you're referring to Reb_BEvans. I looked into it for my soon to open deli, but it has A3 usage (restaurant) which slaps a premium onto the rent. One agent is asking for £30K pa and another £25K pa! However, as it has been shut up for so long will the owner take a much more reasonable offer? Anyways, sounds interesting, a trapeze school, if I wasn't scared of heights I would consider it! Perhaps one of the spaces within The Triangle might be available? Good luck...
