Hi, Can anyone tell me about the tennis courts in the Upper Norwood recreation area? Who is allowed use them? Are they locked at particular times of the day? Are they often busy? Are there any tennis teams/groups for local residents? Thanks

They're not the best courts in the area, they are open to the public and are usually available. For detailed info email: parks@croydon.gov.uk
I recommend the courts at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre which charge a small fee, but do provide racquets and balls if you don't have your own. Also you can play for a few hours, especially if it's quiet.
