An investigations been launched after a fire broke out on Farleigh Road in South Croydon yesterday morning.
The first floor of the semi-detached property was badly damaged in the blaze but no injuries were reported.
Three fire engines from Croydon and Addington fire stations were at the scene with around 15 firefighters.
Firefighters managed to get the fire under control in under an hour.
